We’re moving on up to the 2nd story! Feels like a cool tree for with great views up here.

So much room for activities! Furnace is moved to its forever home, floors down and some walls up.

Truth is in the name! Subfloor adhesive works well…But we prefer great stuff sub floor adhesive foam! It’s not brittle, holds just as strong and flex’s with expansion and contraction of seasons.

The precision of this guys work is on another level. We love having Casey on the team!

Demo is coming to an end on our 2 story addition project. All that’s left is a small support wall for the gas lines. The trick to jobs like this is figuring out the puzzle of all the services and how to time rerouting them with the building process.
Next up, foundation forms and concrete!

This is a job we’re excited to do. We’ve nicknamed it the tree house.
We tore down and old covered deck and building an 13’x11’ 3 season sun room. It feature 5 big 5’x4’ windows and will add great extra living space off our clients dinning room.

One of the things we love to specialize in is “dirt work”. Everything starts with a good foundation with and we want to dig it!
This is a custom retaining wall we rebuilt for a client. It’s constructed with reclaimed concrete pieces. It’s held together with mortar and features French drains back filled with gravel for great drainage!

This carport finishes off an awesome pool house we finished in the spring. It featured 15 foot ceiling, a loft, bump out dormer, wood stove and a lot of natural light!
