Got out on the TFF for a few hours on Thursday, 7/11/24. Found walleyes active in 9-12 feet of water with scattered wood bottom. Found that the wood areas with the wood laying horizontal on bottom was by far best. Invasion Jigs, (black) tipped with extra large fatheads worked best.

Got out on TFF this afternoon for a few hours of fishing. Walleyes were active in 13-14 feet of water with scattered wood on bottom. Firetiger Invasion Jigs tipped with a fathead minnow worked best. Mike Darga boated the big fish of the day at 28 inches. This fish was measured, photographed and released.

Walleyes and perch on a good bite this morning. Got out for a couple hours. Do not be afraid to snap jig or be aggressive with your jigging presentation, these fish wanted something moving fairly quick. All fish were caught in 8-10 feet of water with scattered wood.
