Though this has been a frustrating ongoing situation for us and our staff, we understand now that we could have worded our announcement more tactfully. It was not our intention to hurt feelings or to dissuade customers from shopping there. Our intention was to clarify that we are in fact two separate businesses, address customer concerns that we have been made regularly aware of, and separate our parties when communication had proven impossible. We want to make clear now that we have no personal grievances against the owner of Pastime Legends Scotia and that we wish no ill will. Our aim is to continue growing and improving our business and provide the best experience possible for our customers.

We just got in this awesome Sega Nomad! 😍 The Nomad has the ability to play Sega Genesis games in handheld form, or on the TV using an AV cable, and has a controller port for player 2. It's basically Sega's very early version of the Nintendo Switch! Come grab it before it's gone, pick up a Genesis controller and some games, and you can party like it's 1995!

Happy New Year everyone! Today seems as good a day as any to make this announcement. Pastime Legends Troy and Pastime Legends Scotia have had different owners for over four years now. We at Pastime Legends Troy have been working hard to try to improve our brand and provide an excellent experience for our customers. The Scotia store has been regularly closed for over a month, without posting any updates to Facebook, adjusting their hours on Google, or communicating with us or their customers. We have been getting frequent calls and messages from Scotia customers, and finding ourselves constantly needing to explain the situation. Here in Troy, this is our family's business, not a hobby, and we are committed to consistent customer service and maintaining our good name. We have tried to reach out to the owner of the Scotia store to discuss this matter and have been ignored, as we've been ignored with all attempts at communication over the past year. We at Pastime Legends Troy will no longer tolerate this lack of consideration and professionalism from the Scotia store. As the creator of this page and one of the original founders of Pastime Legends, and having reached out and given fair warning, I am now removing the Scotia Pastime Legends from this page. Moving forward, this page will be for Pastime Legends Troy only. The owner of Pastime Legends Scotia is welcome to make his own page. We hope that any issues you may have had at the Scotia store do not affect your business relationship with us here in Troy. We are a completely separate business entity, and our family and staff are committed to reliability, trust, and professional customer service for our community.
