I really try to do my best to stay away from "Political" issues, but this has me furious!. For my better credit customers and customers who have beeing doing the right thing...this should have you furious as well.
For new homebuyers, you will never know because this will be "built into your rate" but trust me...it will be there. It's not going to be a discussion that we will have because we won't know what the rate would have been prior to this being implemented because rates fluctuate all the time. Just know, you are paying a premium because of your good credit. Very sad and illogical.
