Last month, Anderson Center celebrated 15 years of Executive Forums by hosting a virtual Alumni Event. Alumni participated in a half-day case study session led by Bob Mahowald, focusing on employee recruitment and retention. This was a great opportunity for these executives to reconnect with their network, be inspired in authentic leadership, and become better leaders in the ever-changing workforce.

Last month we brought 24 Leaders together at the beautiful Madden's on Gull Lake! We had a week full of rich discussion, action planning and learning and networking with others!

Over the month of April, we completed the Management Forum offered as a hybrid experience. These leaders spent two days in person and two days via Zoom, enhancing their decision making and management skills to bring back to their organizations.
