People ask why is so much to look for a bat this is why. We have to search everywhere. It can be 10 minutes or 2 hours to just find a bat that has had time to hide. Had (not actually the name) villages and rural areas actually checked everywhere like under the bed where we found this one the customer would have not had to pay them then me to find it. Call me first! yes it's pricy but it's time/gas/ a inspection and usually 2am so it's not cheap. But we are thoroughly invested with you upon arrival. Just be sure you leave a message if you get voice mail. 585-330-8786

After a emergency bat removal the customer handed me this care package. Really appreciate the thought. But apparently I look like a 10 year old who loves snacks and likes to finish it off with cold one. Lol. Seriously it all will not go to waste. Love it

Had our first ever piebald fawn rescue. More like a minor relocation. It got stuck in a yard amd mama couldn't get to it. Happy to say they are reunited now.

Seen Santa and his Chewbaccadeer in the little old classic bug on my way back from getting a bat this morning. This is what happens when you order a reindeer from wish I guess.
