With all this talk about how to avoid getting sick, one component that is overlooked is to eat well and STAY HYDRATED. Doing that on top of getting some sun and good exercise will keep your immune system working as it should. It's easier to prevent than recover. So keep your guard up!

FYI...if you have a reverse osmosis or a high end ceramic filter like ours, you do not need to boil. You're actually even better off because boiling only takes care of the biological contaminants, it does nothing for sediment and other solids in the water. We switched from a competitors brand about a year ago. I signed up for the annual filter replacement package as I knew I would forget when the time came to with them out. This system has operated without maintenance or thought for a year now.
