Flip Dogs

Looking to restart my hot dog cart business. To obtain my health department inspection certificate I will need small or no use of a licensed commercial kitchen. As a hot dog cart I do all cooking on site and discard leftovers after the event. So I would use the kitchen space rarely. If you or an organization have access please comment below. Thank you!
