Either write something worth reading or print something worth seeing.

I was reached out to by a customer to design these clips that connect the brake hose to the brake lines as they transition from the frame rail to the differential. I made 2 sizes of clips to allow for different size hoses to be connected.

If you can think of it, it can very well be designed and made with patience.

I’m selling these in packs of 5 shipped for $10. They fit in an envelope so shipping is negligible.

If you require different sizes simply message me.

Made a very large Global 6500. I believe the size ratio was 250%.

King Air 350 🔥

King air 350 fully colored print went well. 22 hours, 490 filament changes. I need to do something about the waste. I’ve also printed one much larger one piece at a time that I forgot to take pictures of.

This Global 6500 prints very well nearly every time, dialed in with a 0.4mm nozzle at .12 height.

Now to finish the Dash8 I’ve been working on.

When you can't find a part that is from 30-40 years ago, you just make your own on the Bambu labs P1S in ASA.
The fuel line, brake line holder on 81-93 Dodge trucks is an irreplaceable part and extremely prone to breaking due to the push through design. With this it utilizes a 6mm x 1.75" bolt to connect to the frame rail in the same stock hole as the push button.
Another great use of Fusion360.

If you’re interested they are $10 a piece and $10 shipping! I can fit 10 in a package for the one $10 shipping charge.

I take cashapp, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal!

I did some Master EOD Badges for a customer. I think the flat faced one looked a bit better than the raised face. However they both came out very well.

The phone pillow gets a lot of people. Looks pretty soft but it’s 100% printed.

Calculator for reference.

We got the chance to make some baseball coasters for our kids team!

There really isn’t an easier way then having a measuring chart on hand in the kitchen. Hands dirty, don’t want to pull a phone out, just glance at this and get the info you need. Can do any color combo as well.

The best method to make terrain models. Ch47 chinook, HMMWVs, LMTVs, satellites, and even tents.

I’m honestly not sure if I bought this printer for myself or for my wife’s decorations 😂😍❤️

After successfully using the kitchen aid mounts, went to mount the Cook Lee mixer attachments, guess what? Different size attachments. So to the drawing board of Fusion360 it was.

AH 64 Spike Missile mini

Photos from NicDaddys Forge's post 27/02/2024

My brother in law loves chess, and Star Wars, so why not combine them? A decently complicated and large run time print but nothing we can't handle. All pieces of the chess board were glued together with e6000 glue. You could mess them together for one solid print but the filament changes would be in the hundreds and really would detract from the reduction in waste we try to strive for.

Each set is "color coded" for the good and the bad guys. With characters from each side represented accordingly. The board also folds in half and slides into the top of the box to make an entirely portable chess set.

Happy Printing!

I was contacted by a fellow looking to replicate a NLOS Spike Missile for an AH 64 Army attack helicopter. He wanted it done to gift as a part of a retirement plaque going to an AH 64 Warrant officer pilot.

The model was drawn up, a prototype was printed as seen with the all black mini missile.

The end result? 51.4 hours of printing, 3 spools of filament, and a 35" long, by 10" wide replica NLOS Spike Missile.

The OEM 1981-1993 Dodge cargo light bezels go for around $30-$50 on eBay and other pages. So I decided to make my own with a pair of digital calipers and suffice it to say, measurements were within 0.01mm of the OEM part.

$15 + shipping, pm if interested.
