That’s a wrap on being mobile 🥹🚐♥️

Thank you for trusting me for the past 5 years to become much more than just your chiropractor - y’all truly will have a special place in my heart!

Don’t worry, I’ll be returning to work December 1st - but this time taking a step back from private practice in order to focus on my family while my children are so young. I’ll keep everyone updated once our on-site office is built as it gets closer to being done.

Now, it’s time to relax & soak in these last few days before Baby Helfvogt #2 makes his arrival 🩵

Life has been BUSY chasing around a 1 year old, renovating and moving into our new home, growing BABY BOY #2, and running both of our businesses.

My goal is to work through the end of August before going on maternity leave this time around as our little guy is expected in September 💙🥰
