Taking down Christmas today! I get asked a lot about my methods! I use a lot of picks! I add greenery to greenery! Unless you are purposefully going for a minimalist look, use lots of picks and faux stems! Your $40 garland is not to intended to be the end result, it needs to be added to! In my kitchen I use 10 different types of picks and stems!
And now is the time to buy them! I know everyone feels broke after the holiday but you can find some awesome deals right now to boost your tree and garlands! If you have seen a tree you love over the holiday, narrow down the feel of the tree and start googling! Found a favorite ornament this year? Go back and look to see if it’s still in stock! But then all!
Also I use Ziploc bags to store fragile things! No fancy ornament boxes here!
Do you have a child graduating this year? Go buy all the NYE decor that is on sale! Use for their grad party !
