For me I utilize a forgiveness practice that allows me to wake up. How? When I am triggered I say I forgive so and so for ... because they didn't do anything to me (I take back my power and ownership of my feelings/energy) I allow myself to forgive myself too. Knowing that this place isn't real and knowing that past lives, ancestry, and present time beliefs are the cause of my triggers. I allow myself to feel the emotion behind it and allow the illusion to pass through me without holding on to any of it if I can. It's a daily practice when I am triggered. This process helps you understand at a cellular level that you are not a victim

ARE YOU AWAKE?
I saw a vision of a man in a pool, swimming laps from one side to another, completely lost in his reality that he was a man in a pool, swimming laps. I could hear him taking breaths of air as if air existed. I could see him kicking at water that wasn’t really there. What does it mean to be asleep? When you believe that your experiences, thoughts, pains, joys, emotions, circumstances are real, you are asleep, and you are missing the single greatest realization a being can make. These things are not real. We have limited our abilities and our capacities. We are able to do so much more than we realize. When you wake up, and I mean truly wake up, you become aware of yourself as God. God, the creator of everything you experience, think, feel, see and touch. For you are the creator of your existence. You can alter it, shape it, and influence it, just like you would in a lucid dream. Humanity has been sleeping, but somewhere in the distant haze of the early morning, our alarm just went off. -Maria Mumbach
I was inspired to write a prayer today. I used inspiration from ACIM and Fools Crow.
In the presence of this soul group, I, we, ask the Holy Spirit, Wakan Tanka, the Great Source Divine to allow us to see from the perspective of the Christ within us. Grandmother The great she, the Earth that hears everything. Grandmother because you are a woman you are kind, I come this day to ask you to love the red men, the brown men, the white men, the yellow men, the black men, and the crystal children. Ground us in unity. Awaken the God within us. Earth Keepers clear our path to reunite with our people.
May the great gathering commence!
Remind us that we are not the body.
Remind us that this dream isn’t real.
Remind us to love.
Remind us to speak only truth.
Where would we be if we allowed love to prevail?
