And next to that saying is something even more important to me and my life. My grandfather’s signature that he had on every single one of his amazing paintings.

My grandfather passed away 6.5 years ago and his birthday is today. I miss him every damn day and think about what advice he would give to me when I’m struggling to be the best I can be.

When I’m having a hard day I really think back to the things he would say to me and how he encouraged me to live my passion.

I hope that he is looking down on me, proud of the choices I’ve made in my life.

I will forever be brave enough to take chances and live out my dreams. I will be kind to everyone around me and I will forever love my family first.

I’m so happy I have people in my life and advice from those who passed to guide me every day. Never forget you can’t control everything in your life.

I’ve been getting asked this question a lot lately and the answer is… YES!

It will always be YES!

No matter where I am in my journey I will always coach. Why?

The community! These people right here and so many more of them who aren’t here this year.

I may not be in the place I want to be in my health and fitness journey, but thanks to these people and this week in St. Louis, I will never give up on myself. They would never let that happen! I’m so grateful for them!! They have helped me through all my ups and downs in life and have given me my strength to push through and continue to reach for my goals.

If you don’t have a community like this! You need one!

I’m so excited to get back and restart my journey! But for now I’ll be here with these amazing people soaking it all in. .........

After 4 amazing days of newborn photography training and playing with 9 babies, I am pooped! Im tired but also happy and blessed to have this new opportunity with . Anyone who would like to book me for a newborn shoot go to their website and ask for me!!!

I’m so happy to continue to do what I love and help capture memories for all my clients.

Being here in TX learning and growing as a photographer really has me feeling blessed that I am able to do what I love every day and provide for my family. If you aren’t doing the things you love everyday you need to go out there and find something that makes you happy. It shouldn’t feel like a “job” Go take the leap. Go make the change. Thank me later.

2 years of you bringing the southern charm to my life. Thanks for putting up with my northern attitude. What I wish for us this year is to continue to grow together. Worry less, laugh more and continue to put our love and happiness above anything else.

We will continue to see that the sky is the limit. Trying a new thing out for size. Easy way to earn some extra cash on the side of my many side businesses. Because I continue to learn and grow and will always show my kids that there are no limits to your goals and dreams.

The bad news is that these pants are back to not fitting. I blame it on dating a Tennessee guy for almost 2 years .a.barnes haha. ..
The good news is I have the tools to get back into these jeans in only a few months!! ..

I’m so grateful for all the love I’ve received after breaking my foot. This is very hard for me, not being able to walk. I never hurt myself so it’s very difficult for me to not be doing all the things I’m used to.
