🚫 Why We Say "No!" to Overseeding 🚫

We often get asked why we only offer overseeding as a package deal with aeration. The reason is simple: results. Aeration creates small holes in your lawn, which allow water, air, and nutrients to reach the roots more effectively—this is where the magic happens for new grass growth.

In fact, if you look at a lawn after aeration and overseeding, you’ll notice that the overwhelming majority of new grass is sprouting from inside those aeration holes. Without these holes, the seeds struggle to pe*****te compacted soil and often fail to germinate properly. This means less new growth and a lawn that doesn’t reach its full potential.

The average lawn we service in Franklin is about 10-12k square feet. When overseeding with high-quality seed at the labeled rate, that seed will cost $100-$150.
