A Lincoln rocker restored. Another happy..

I was thrilled with this slipcover even though the cushion covers could have been a tad smaller. I mimicked what was previous and added feathers to the inserts as you can see from the before photo.

Simple straight valances. Sometimes less is more.

Pretty pink chairs. The white one is before re-upholstery.

A rather large sofa I didn't want to move so I reupholstered in the client's living room. It was a dream to be able to move it around on a clean carpet and not worry about soiling on my dirty shop floor. I replaced Just about all of the internal materials. I first did this sofa about 30 years ago.

My kids are spoiled. A new slipcover and a new cushion for a loveseat makeover.

2 dining room chairs that needed the arms re-glued. 6 more armless to come.

The client called her newly upholstered chair 'happy'. The blue and white stripe replaced the red plaid. Happy client!

I was able to find a fabric that has both gray and beige to match the the client's decor and chairs which made her very happy!

A slipcover room makeover! The chairs and sofa are custom slipcovers - what a transformation! The client decided to use the plaid pillow fabric for her counter chairs to bring it all together and the decorator tacks around the perimeter of the chairs really makes the new upholstery pop.

Another happy client. A set of Erik Buch chairs in their home and a close up in my shop. Client picked up so I didn't get to see them in their home. Fabric is a white vinyl.

A William Morris fabric is simply stunning on this sofa. I am sorry the sun was screaming in the windows when I delivered. The pattern repeat was huge and had to be pieced. Look closely, I matched the pattern near perfect on the seams.

Another happy client. The lighting the camera picked up doesn't do these justice but here they are. Imperial valances, cellular shades, and a lamp shade to match for the bedroom. The lampshade will be getting ball fringe to finish it off. Roman shades for the office. There were 4 shades all together.

The animal print drape adds warmth to this half bath. Notice there are snow leopards on the fabric. I found a rug to match!

Pretty butterflies on Roman shades that are motorized.

Somebody had the vision for an old 1945 vintage sofa and chair. These pieces were the most rodent infested I have ever seen. Only some live wire worms in the sofa, just the droppings of mice, and lots of it along with a good stash of leaves and acorns. Here's the newly reupholstered pieces, a shot of the the sofa before, and a snippet of inside the chair.

Both pieces were stripped, disinfected, wood refinished, and rebuilt with all new materials.

A wing chair transformation with an updated look. This chair was 30 years old. Same solid frame, all new materials inside and out. A much better quality chair than buying today's new furniture.

We have a dining room chair makeover. Well worth the restore over buying new today!

Living room makeover with pretty celebrity valances and dining room traversing pinch pleat drapery. Window treatments really add an ambiance to the space.

Here's a pretty ruched tab curtain and top/down cellular shade for a guest bedroom. Very feminine!

What's not to love about these cheery shades on a dark rainy morning? The best part is they are motorized! No more reaching over the sink to raise and lower.

Here's a couple of footstools I upholstered a while back. Two different clients, 2 very different styles, one traditional and one bohemian with a pop. Clients did the pickup so I had to take a photo in the workroom.

Another happy client who loves her new slipcovers. They transformed the room! The cotton/linen fabric was very stretchy so they fit nicely around those curves. New foam cushions too.

Here's a fabulous bathroom makeover! Now you can go in there without having to turn the lights on. Last photos (dark red) are the before. This was for a client who I love working with because she lets me get creative and we both did it this time. I couldn't have done it all without her ideas too. Fun project.

Slipcovers! I left another happy client with her 'new' chairs.

Gorgeous watercolor design made to match some artwork. These are motorized. I will post a photo of them in action in the future.

I spent years looking for fabric for my living room windows and I finally found something I just love so I made some 'curtains' for myself in January. Wow, I can't believe it. A pretty window covering really transforms the room.

Now the windsor chair needs a cushion, the channel back chair (my first upholstery job the 2nd time over!) needs new upholstery and so does the sofa. In time!
