SPIRIT ROCKS TAOS·FRIDAY, MARCH 9, 2018·
I have lived in Northern New Mexico for over 25 years, the last 15+ years making the art mecca of Taos NM my home. I have 2 wonderful canine companions and new a kitten to round out my home! I have recently returned to painting, currently exploring acrylic pointillism paintings on river rocks, flagstone a
nd small works panels and utility object d'arte such as decoratively painted light switch plates and outlet cover plates. I plan on expanding into other utility items to be painted such as charger plates for decoration or use, coffee cups and possibly other types of dishes and glassware. I also hope to have enough time to explore, once again, oil painting landscapes or whatever strikes my fancy. I have many diverse interests and enjoy a really great night out western dancing - my fav is Swing Dancing! I also 2 step, waltz and polka (though not very often) and I can follow fairly well on pretty much any other kind of dance if my partner is a strong lead. I am also a home renovator currently working on my little fixer upper in my spare time when cash is available.
