*Reach out to someone who may be struggling and let them know you are there for them
*Reach out for help for yourself (see slide 2 for resources)
*Perform a small act of kindness - hold the door, offer a smile, buy a coffee
*Sign-up for QPR Su***de Prevention training to learn how to ask someone about su***de and what to do next (link in bio!)
*Make a plan to attend the su***de prevention programs this month (see slide 3 for tentative event dates)
*Register for the Warrior Run 5K and join the Xavier team to help raise money for su***de prevention and mental health programming on campus (link in bio!)

Meet Tess!
Tess is in her 1st year as a SWAG Peer Educator and is a junior Psychology major from Mason, Ohio.
Tess serves as a SWAG Peer Educator because…
“I want to be a friend for students who are struggling to find a sense of balance in their everyday life, as well as encourage a greater focus on wellbeing across campus.”
Meet Taee!
Taee is in her 1st year as a SWAG Peer Educator and is a sophomore Biology major from Memphis, Tennessee.
Taee serves as a SWAG Peer Educator because…
“I enjoy helping people, generally, in any way possible. As a college student, I am aware of the struggles that occur every day and I know what it is like to need someone. By being a peer educator, I can help people with their well-being and show them that they are not alone. This is why my favorite dimension of well-being is intellectual. I am open to encouraging well-being and figuring out problem-solving mental activities that would expand one’s mindset.”
Meet Sierra!
Sierra is in her 3rd year as a SWAG Peer Educator and is a senior History & International Studies major from Louisville, Kentucky.
Sierra serves as a SWAG Peer Educator because…
“I know being a college student can be overwhelming and it can be hard to find help, so being a peer educator has given me an opportunity to be able to help my fellow students find the resources and help they need to have the best college experience they can!”
Meet Rosie!
Rosie is in her 1st year as a SWAG Peer Educator and is a sophomore Philosophy, Politics, and Public major from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Rosie serves as a SWAG Peer Educator because…
“The 8 dimensions of well-being have been crucial to my ability to lead a healthy lifestyle in my time here at Xavier. Whether that be taking care of myself physically, managing stress, balancing responsibilities, fostering meaningful relationships, and so much more, focusing on my well-being has played an important role in my health and happiness, and I serve to help my peers experience the positives of working on their own well-being as well.”
Meet Lauren!
Lauren is in her 1st year as a SWAG Peer Educator and is a junior Biomedical Sciences major from Centerburg, Ohio.
Lauren serves as a SWAG Peer Educator because…
“To be a resource and a support system to my peers in helping them find the best way to maximize their all-around wellness, while I to actively develop my wellness practices alongside them.”
Meet Jojo!
Jojo is in her 1st year as a SWAG Peer Educator and is a sophomore Biology Major from Indianapolis, Indiana.
Jojo serves as a SWAG Peer Educator because…
“I love helping others find their way and feel comfortable in every aspect. I also feel that the 8 dimensions of well-being play a huge role in how successful your college experience is. I've also always been one who absolutely loves self-care and taking mental days for my wellbeing and I love to share those with my peers so they can be well too!”
Meet Cheyenne!
Cheyenne is in her 3rd year SWAG Peer Educator and is a senior Criminal Justice major from Basingstoke, UK & Liberty Township, Ohio.
Cheyenne serves as a SWAG Peer Educator because…
“I fell in love with the mission behind SWAG and the work we do on campus. I enjoy getting to know students, helping them create a sense of community at Xavier, and constantly learning more about the 8 dimensions of wellbeing.”
Meet Annabella!
Annabella is in her 2nd year as a SWAG Peer Educator and is a junior Nursing major from Mason, Ohio.
Annabella serves as SWAG Peer Educator because…
“I believe, as humans (especially students in college), it is our job to look out for and support one another. A great way to do this is through the recognition and education of the eight dimensions of wellbeing that Xavier advocates for. For true and holistic care, we must consider and advocate for all dimensions, and this is my favorite part of being a SWAG peer educator!”
