Our Story

Joanne Chando is a national speaker who has engaged and enlightened audiences across the country for years! Her brand of humor not only stick with you and your event attendees, but will also enable everyone to learn and have fun!

Joanne began her national speaking path in the small business arena before she added the real estate industry where she has been active for more than 35 years.

A 2009 Leadership Academy graduate at Florida REALTORS®, Joanne has also served on Professional Development, Professional Standards, Professionalism, Leadership Academy, GARD and other committees. Joanne has served as a Florida REALTORS® Director for many years. In 2018, she was awarded with her 13-year Florida REALTORS® Honor Society Pin. She is approved to teach many NAR Designations & Certifications, Code of Ethics, the Certified International Property Specialist Institute as well as Florida CE classes and designations.

Joanne is also a published author and a resource for nationwide industry journals, such as Inman News, Florida REALTORS® and others. She has authored fictional short stories and non-fiction articles and columns for national publications such as RWA Report, Long Island Women’s Business News and more.

Joanne has delighted audiences across the country as a keynote speaker for numerous market segments, such as franchisors, non-profits, associations, real estate, academia, medical and entrepreneurship, just to name a handful!
