Happy Healthy Vision Month! 👁️ As we age, it’s normal to notice changes in our vision, like losing the ability to see up close, distinguishing colors, or adjusting to different light levels.

Here are some tips to keep your eyes healthy at any age:

🕶️ Protect your eyes from sunlight with UV-blocking sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat.
🚭 Stop smoking.
🥗 Make smart food choices.
🏃 Be physically active and maintain a healthy weight.
💪 Maintain normal blood pressure.
💉 Manage diabetes if you have it.

Take good care of your eyes and keep them healthy as you age!

July is UV Safety Month! 🌞 Stay safe under the sun by following these tips:

☀️ Avoid direct sunlight between 10 AM and 4 PM when the sun is most intense.
👕 Wear sun-safe clothing, like long-sleeved shirts and pants made of densely woven materials.
👒 Wear a wide-brimmed hat and UV-filtering sunglasses.
🧴 Use SPF 15 or higher broad-spectrum sunscreen daily and SPF 30+ water-resistant sunscreen for extended outdoor activities. Reapply every two hours!
🔍 Keep an eye out for suspicious growths and schedule regular skin exams.
