As part of Child Abuse Awareness Month, our Billings team planted pinwheels outside of our Gainan Commons building. Because by it’s very nature, the pinwheel represents playfulness and joy, it has come to serve as a physical reminder of the great childhoods we want for all children. And it can be a great symbol of the positive cycles of love and support we want to help families create.

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. We hope you'll stand with us as we advocate for all families to receive the necessary resources and support to build brighter, more hopeful futures. Together, we can prevent child abuse.

On Mondays in April, we wear blue to raise awareness and as a symbol of our commitment to protecting children and strengthening families. Please join us and feel free to comment a photo if you do!

"We recently had the honor of hosting events across the state for National Adoption Month in November (Kalispell, Bozeman and Billings), and participated in events in Helena and Missoula. We enjoyed time together, connecting with adoptive families across the state, sharing stories, playing games, creating crafts and enjoying yummy treats. Grateful for the time together! Altogether, we had 32 adults, 26 children and 5 staff members who attended our hosted events. "
