Witness the eye-opening transformation of 1349 N Market Street, a 100 year-old commercial building located in historic Springfield. Our client is a returning customer who enlisted us to design and renovate his building so that perspective tenants could visualize themselves moving in.

This design included new bathrooms arranged so the building could now occupy 4 different tenants. In order to open up the space, we removed the demising walls and ceilings. The exterior windows were enlarged and replaced with insulated glass. This project also includes a new parking lot, new stamped concrete sidewalk, roof repair and structural masonry repair.

Tumblrz Gymnastics: Time to get this place hung out! The exterior walls were covered in plywood so the athletes can kick off of them and the lobby was hung with drywall. We also built a custom reception desk and added veiwing windows for the parents.

We love turning small nooks into something special for our clients. This old bank vault was turned into a History Room for iMethods. Give us a call to see what we can do for you. (904) 252-4905

The Pit is where all the magic happens at iMethods. The area was opened up by demolishing the existing offices on the southwest corner of the building. This provided more natural light and space for conference tables and work stations. In order to make this work, we had to build soffits where the old walls were and redirect sewage mains so that we could hide them inside building columns. Keeping a clean aesthetic was an important priority for us.

Time for another iMethods transformation! We added an open ceiling concept to the upstairs meeting area to make the room more spacious. Our biggest challenge was reworking all the AC ducts and fire sprinkler mains. It turned out great!

This is our favorite spot at the iMethods building! The old bank reception was demolished and replaced with a spacious open desk area including a twisting slide coming from the game room on the second floor!

We converted the bank teller drive-thru at iMethods into a comfortable outside patio. Just another awesome feature this building has to make it a great place to work!
