βHealth on the outside starts from the inside.β One of my favorite ways to βwork inβ on the inside is meditation. The act of sitting still and focusing on my breath is so calming. It brings me back to center. No matter of Itβs 5 minutes or 20, I ALWAYS feel better after. If itβs done outside on a gorgeous day like today, even better. Whatβs your favorite way to work on your health from the inside?
