A big THANK YOU for everybody who donated to the cause! We raised $1440 that will go to helping them build a facility in South Florida for athletes (and all!) to go and receive services, resources, and tools for mental well-being.

β€œHealth on the outside starts from the inside.” One of my favorite ways to β€˜work in’ on the inside is meditation. The act of sitting still and focusing on my breath is so calming. It brings me back to center. No matter of It’s 5 minutes or 20, I ALWAYS feel better after. If it’s done outside on a gorgeous day like today, even better. What’s your favorite way to work on your health from the inside?
