This week focus on moving a little more.

Beginner: take a 10 min walk after each meal
Intermediate: Take a 30 min walk and stand when you can.
Advanced: Take a 30 min walk and make sure you move 5 min of every hour.

Healthy, quick and easy breakfast prep? Yes, please.

Grease a muffin pan, add one to two eggs to each cup (or egg whites like I did), beat with a fork, add some veggies and bake at 375 for 15 to 20 min, depending on amount of eggs used. Store in the fridge for the week.
