Online and self-paced with personalized mentorship

This is a 200-hour training program that provides you with the foundation needed to teach and live yoga as a holistic lifestyle practice. Immerse yourself in the ancient practices that are used to support the spirit, body and mind. Through a library of videos, readings and 1:1 support, you’ll complete the curriculum at your own pace.

Cozy practices, from home ✨ Sharing some of our more restorative sessions to support you this winter ✨

Restorative Yoga - A relaxing session that restores the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function. During these sessions you’ll hold deep stretches for 5-10 minutes while using the support of props- a bolster, blanket and block. *we can makeshift props if needed!

Yoga Nidra - A meditation session for sacred rest. Described as yogic sleep, yoga nidra is the art of conscious relaxation. During these sessions you’ll rest on your back and be guided through simple yet deep techniques that help you release hypertension in your mind and body.

Spiritual Counseling - A session for heart centered talks, meant for you to vocalize and release that which weighs heavy on your soul. Facilitate healing, purification and renewal through the power of the spoken word. Guidance is rooted in yogic psychology and philosophy.

Setting a Sankalpa ✨ deeper than an intention or goal, a Sankalpa in yoga is a sacred vow to yourself, your highest truth and a positive declaration. It can only be found from inside of yourself. To find it - get quiet, come into presence and listen to your heart. It can be beneficial to repeat your Sankalpa quietly three times to yourself at the beginning of your practice. As we begin a new year, it’s a beautiful time to reconnect to your why - why do you practice?

It’s been awhile since we’ve shared our offerings on this little corner of the internet! Welcoming ourselves back to Facebook by sharing some ways to practice with us…

1. 1:1 - We offer individualized sessions for various types of Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Spiritual Counseling. During these sessions you’ll receive a practice that is fully customized for YOU.

2. Semi-privates - Small group sessions are available for Yoga Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. Gather your special circle of people and we’ll design your practice together.
NOTE that 1:1 and semi-private sessions can be booked on a weekly or monthly basis. Or as a single session - this is a great option for those of you that have questions about your practice or want an asana analysis.

3. Community Class - Join our NEW Community Class every Wednesday evening at 4:30 PST/ 7:30 EST via zoom. This class is a slow vinyasa flow and recommended for those that feel comfortable practicing on their own, but would like extra guidance. Drop-in whenever you can.
