Gradkowski tackling a new challenge as flag football coach After a successful college career as a star QB with the Toledo Rockets, Gradkowski spent 11 years in the NFL. But flag football might be his biggest challenge yet.

FNA Toledo is going GOLD once again this September to benefit pediatric cancer. This year we are excited to partner with Catching Up With Jack , a local organization supporting frontline, innovative research and helping financially support local families going through pediatric cancer. We will be selling mini gold FNA footballs for $5, with all profits donated to Catching up with Jack. We also have a small number of gold t-shirts still available as well ($20). Both items will be available at our FNA tent each Sunday in September while supplies last, cash only. We are honored to team up with and contribute to Catching up with Jack this fall… thank you for considering, and as always, for being a part of this community!

Finally, Mark Weaver, one of our gameday officials has generously donated a folding bench seat/wagon to be raffled off to benefit the cause as well (One entry per gold item purchased or donation made. Additional entries can be purchased for $1 each).

This September, FNA Toledo goes gold for Pediatric Cancer.

As we begin our 5th year of FNA Toledo we welcome over 700 of your young athletes to our fall season. So many of you have shown up in incredible ways over the past 2 Octobers to support families effected by breast cancer. This fall we’ve focused our efforts on September and the need is, at least, just as great. September is pediatric cancer awareness month, and we ask you to please welcome Emily Scholz and her family into our space. Emily is a kid not much different than each of ours. She is a Middle School student who loves Harry Potter, her family, and jokes. Emily has been diagnosed with DIPG, an aggressive form of pediatric brain cancer. And like all pediatric cancers it is greatly underfunded. It’s certainly not a fair fight, but we can make sure she doesn’t fight alone.

In collaboration with All Wear Clothing of Whitehouse Ohio we have developed limited edition gold FNA t-shirts, bearing a gold ribbon for pediatric cancer awareness.
Details are below:

T shirts will sell for $20 each (cash only) and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Emily’s family for medical expenses (and hopefully a joke book or two for Emily to enjoy).
T-shirts will be sold in-person only, at the FNA tent beginning this Sunday sept 11th, and continuing each week while supplies last. Sizes youth small - adult 2x available.

1 day Skill/Speed/Agility Football training on Tuesday 6/29 in Monclova. Training will be led by Eric Page and Josh Lindke. Limited to the first 25 who register using the sign up below. Cost is $25. This will fill up fast!

Koral Hamburger and Cookie Doughlicious Food trucks will be at the FNA games this Sunday. Supposed to be a great day, come check out some games and grab a bite to eat!

These 8U boys started their day yesterday playing in their first 5v5 tournament in their young lives. Their first game they beat a top 10 team in the nation. They continued to dominate on both sides of the ball going 5-0 and only giving up 1 touchdown until the championship game. They lost to one if the best 8U programs in the country and a very talented group of kids! Great to see all the FNA families out competing. Great job Jaxon, Andrew, Quinn, Brock, Ty, Cruz, Blake, and Luke for finishing second. While second place will never be a goal for these kids, it is a great start to many years of success together! Great job Boilermakers and congrats to the 8U CE Stars for taking home the championship.

Open football skills training 3-8th grade with Eric Page and Cheatham Norrils tomorrow 2/4 at the Maumee Soccer Center 4-5pm. Cost is $15/participant.
