I truly think that herbalism is a natural part of being human, almost as routine as making breakfast.

I’ve participated in various workshops, earned certifications, and spent many hours in classes.

However, in my opinion, you don’t need a formal education or extensive experience to identify as an herbalist. Whether you’re foraging, cultivating herbs, or creating remedies, if you’re engaging with plants for healing, you’re practicing herbalism.

It’s really about embracing the ability to support and heal yourself independently.

Just leave the butter out at room temperature for around an hour. It will soon soften up to its usual creamy, dreamy state, perfect for pampering your skin.

✨*There’s no need to place it near a heater or any similar heat source, as this could cause it to melt. Simply leaving it on your table or countertop will allow it to naturally return to its delightfully whipped, creamy texture.
