Stacy has been working hard and doing an awesome job. I am happy to let you all know that Stacy can now take clients for SO Gel Nail enhancements! 💅 She is available today December 28th any time currently, Friday December 29th after 12:30, and anytime after that from Tuesday - Friday in future weeks! The SO Gel Nail enhancement is a hard gel, it can be used to just overlay your natural nail, or used to give length and different nail shapes if you would like. THANK YOU to those of you who volunteered and let Stacy do a manicure on you this week. 💗 We both really appreciate it, but especially Stacy. This coming week December 12-15th she is going to be looking for models for gel polish. 💅(Gel polish is applied on the natural nail you currently have, no length is added.) Her hours she works are 8:30am-3pm. You can text me or message me for an appointment or use her website: rhnails.com The time we are setting aside for her gel polish is 1.5 hours. She is located in Monticello at 165 West 100 South. Please use the East side door under the covered porch. Feel free to park in the driveway or on the street. However, if there is a snow storm please don’t park on the street so they are able to plow if needed. 💕

Meet my student: Her Name is Stacy, she is from Blanding, has two sons and her husband Mike. Stacy has been doing her own nails on and off for several years. With that being said; she decided she has a passion for it and wanted to make a career out of it! She enjoys meeting new people, learning and doing new things. She loves her family and animals. She’s enjoying learning the process of nails and is excited to have clients to try them on! Starting next week she is looking for clients who would like a manicure; with or without out polish. Cost of a manicure is $10, a manicure with polish is $15. If you would like an appt feel free to text me or message me. 💗

I am SO EXCITED! My very FIRST student has started with me! Can’t wait for this journey ahead off her and I! After she gets her few hours of book time and us going over what’s required before she can start the practice. The salon is almost all set up and buttoned up, which has been nice!

Three years old is what you’d be today! We would for sure have a threenager on our hands. As I’ve watched my two girls this last year, it would be a wild ride if we had our caboose. Still love to imagine what I think you’d look like. My sister Jordan created the picture I included in this post. I know that my sweet Emmersyn is close to our family, so grateful for that comfort. This year I just wanted to skip today, not do anything, (doesn’t help I don’t have much for energy either) not even acknowledge what the day means. However, I know it’s not what you would want, nor what your siblings would want. Please continue to be our angel and watch over us. 💗

The did NOT disappoint this year! Had such a good time, and spent plenty of money, but came away with such great things! I throughly enjoyed my quick selfie with while I was at the booth. Some of my fave nail e-file bits. I also scored a VIP ticket this year and got in an hour early. The whole hour was spent at with that being my biggest haul and purchase. Totally worth it!! The color display was dreamy! I got to see one of my good friends and her husband when I dropped a little package off to her sure miss her and her handsome boys! The sunset also showed off on the drive home tonight. Beautiful pieces of art the whole way. The swag bags had some awesome items in it this year as well. The place was hopping and all the booths filled! Best year in the last 3 years I’ve been. I also enjoyed the education that was available on Friday as well! I took a class from .with.teryn and it was bomb! I also took a class with to make sure my knowledge on my FAVORITE hard gel was accurate. I gained a few new tips and tricks though. 💗 grateful for my hubby who held down the fort while I was gone. I bought quite a bit of product from several vendors. 💜 (missed seeing .jim today as well as ) thanks for the great chat and extras! It’s my birthday! I spent the weekend in Las Vegas at the with my sister! We learned so much and had so much fun! I love that our birthdays are so close to it and we can go celebrate and have fun! 💜

This has been a long time in the works, at least a year. Part of the main reason I remodeled a room in my house to have a separate salon. Today I took my instructors exam so I can start an apprenticeship program to teach nails. I passed!!! This is huge for someone who has ADHD and testing anxiety. I am beyond thrilled to start this adventure! The next few weeks will be full of getting all of my program outline setup and structure of the course and cost. I owe a huge thank you to my husband for the support over the construction, late nights, stress and studying and being the main parent. I also owe a big thank you for the inspiration and encouragement from Becky (I’m sure the questions will still happen.) THANK YOU!!

Happy Fourth of July! My day wasn’t spent how I anticipated it, but so grateful for my nail clients who trust me with the process!

Such a FUN set to do! We used color changing gel polish from with a base and top coat to finish it off from and some foil from and the zebra print is a stamping plate from this lady gives me free reign besides an idea and I run with it. We have a great time each time!

I installed this door this morning! I am so proud of myself. It’s been one of the hang ups in my nail salon space. I decided to watch a few YouTube videos and google how to do it. I think I did a dang good job. I’ve been painting the base and case, I’ve got one batch left to do. Now to paint my walls this evening and install the crown molding. My flooring was supposed to be here Wednesday. However, I was called Wednesday am and was informed it has been lost in the warehouse. Ugh!! So I can’t install the floor trim or door casings until it comes and acclimates. My goal is still to move into it before Monday. Then adjust after the flooring comes.

Nail space is officially primed. I need to paint the color now and then paint the trim. It can’t go on until the flooring comes though. I am soooo anxious to use my space! Long time coming. 🙌🏻
