Tomorrow's the big day, the 16th annual FROLIC ON FRANKLIN: Celebration of the Arts!
Join us from 8:30am to 3:30pm for our FREE arts festival in Downtown Clarksville.
Our artists and vendors will display and sell original works and handmade art items, such as photography, paintings and drawings, pottery, jewelry, glass items, and more. Come early and stop by the Clarksville Downtown Market or stick around for the Welcome Home Veterans Parade!
