Fly High to FREEDOM!!!

Hello My Fellow AMAZING SOULS!!!
Perspective:
Five years ago I was in flight high in the Swiss Alps.
The fantastic man of whom was strapped to me said "Just run off the mountain and keep running while you are in the air and I will tell you when to sit back."
Well, as you can imagine, it certainly isn't an instinct of mine to run off a mountain,( at least as high as Mt. Washington) never mind to keep running whilst in the air, but I said to myself"What the heck!"
On that sunny September day I took a leap into the unknown and literally soared peacefully through the air gazing down in awe at the beauty around and below me!!!
This must be how the eagle feels when it is soaring high!!!
The sheer SPLENDOR & PEACE cannot be described, as I stayed in the air for 30 minutes of BLISS!!!
Upon completion of my paragliding journey I reflected upon the freedom that I felt...the freedom that came after leaping into the unknown...Ah!!!
From this moment on I have cherished opportunities to "take a leap into the unknown", as I feel that this is the TRUE PATH towards TRUE FREEDOM!!!
My fellow souls, I know that if I could jump off that mountain and fly in the air with only a few cables securing my life then I KNOW that you too can take leaps of faith and if and when you do you will join with me in FLYING HIGH on your way to true FREEDOM!!!

What a BLESSED life!!!
Within the last few weeks my life has gifted me with opportunities to assist in attaining Peace on Earth.
Through teaching Nurse Educators, Nursing students, 5th graders and private clients I have been able to help these persons to find, fill with and share peace.
Throughout this process I, as well, continue to learn and practice peace each and any chance that I am able.
A kind word and a peace-filled heart can go a long way towards a happy & healthy life!

Igniting the Fire of Peace

May obliterate the dark

Giving birth to a raging fire
Its flames of which rise higher and higher

A fire of peace
Love and joy

This fire with such force
That all hatred it will destroy

Unforgiveness, intolerance and fear
Melt away

As this fire of peace
Reigns raging and free

In our hearts
Each moment for all to feel and see

Reflections on 2019
Energetically the upcoming year is a year of all the pieces coming together.
There is no need to struggle or force things to happen.
Your efforts thus far will bear fruit and you may indeed feel great about who you have become.
Trust the" flow", for the Universe IS conspiring on your behalf, at all times. even though at times it may not seem so.
Ready yourself to accept all of the AMAZING-NESS coming your way, all of which you truly deserve!!!

HAPPY THURSDAY!!!
Ahhh as the winds blow, they welcome in transformation.
Clearing away that which has served it's purpose and does no longer serve us.
As in the natural world this is a time of huge transformation!!!
We are being moved to release all of our lower vibrational tendencies and welcome Spirit in all of it's forms: Peace, Freedom, Grace, Joy, Love, etc...
May we walk gracefully today, in unconditional love, knowing that whenever we leave that space of unconditional love we may be well served to ask ourselves "What do I need to heal?"
For no matter how we are treated this state of unconditional love always remains, we just need to realize that it isn't about "them treating us badly or that horrible situation" it's about OUR choice in how we respond.
If our hearts & Souls carry only love then this is what will emanate from us.
May you find your path back to unconditional love, at ALL times!!!

Hello My Friends,
I hope you are all well and excited about welcoming Fall in.
My thoughts and healing wishes are being sent to the many victims of the recent numerous natural disasters.
These events touch us all and provide us an awesome opportunity to send wishes for peace, love & an ease in suffering to all,
If you can sit in silence, maybe light a candle and practice a Loving-Kindness Meditation, this will greatly assist all of those whom have suffered losses of any type during these storms, earthquakes, etc
My Loving Kindness Meditation is simple:
May all beings know peace, love, joy and an ease in suffering
May I know peace, love, joy and an ease in suffering.
I send this out and KNOW that these well wishes will be felt as a loving vibration in the Universe.
This may seem simple but when the overwhelming vibration is fear & despair, this loving-kindness is necessary.
Peace, Love, Joy and an ease in suffering to all at this time of shared loss!
Together may we create a calm within our beings that translates into a calm in the natural world!!!

Hello My friends.
A few weeks back I was BLESSED to share in meditation & Reiki at a Substance Recovery Home in NH. I wish to thank Patsy Dullea for affording me the opportunity to assist her in guiding the residents along their path towards healing.
It was an awesome evening, enjoyed by all!
May the paths of all those who are faced with addictions, and all who know them, remain strong in the light of SPIRIT!!!

Hello My Friends:
It may have seemed that I was MIA but instead I have simply experienced an incredibly awesome Spring & early Summer!!!
Since mid-March I have been blessed to celebrate my daughter's Birthday, Easter, My son's Birthday, Mother's Day, my Godchild's Graduation & Birthday, my husband's cousin's 70th Birthday & Jubilee, Father's Day. and the Wedding of my son.
A full but amazing time of celebration!
Some very exciting news has also come: Two of my poems and an article of mine have been published in my National Association of Holistic Nurses magazine "Beginning's".
As if this wasn't awesome enough one poem was chosen to be the cover of the magazine(alongside a beautiful artistic illustration by a talented artist.)
This is living proof that ALL that we intend & believe in comes to pass and EVEN greater things come then we can even imagine!!!
Never had I imagined being on the cover of a national magazine however I have stayed in faith and known that great things would & will come to me!!!
DREAM BIG & AIM HIGH for there are NO LIMITS!!!
CREATE the life you desire!!!

One topic that emerged was how our "mood"/"energy or vibes", effects one another.
In Holistic Nursing self care is of utmost importance as it is only through practicing self care and filling ourselves with peace, love & joy can we then have these qualities to share with each other.

Hello there.

If you have a vision, follow it!
I have had a vision of parents & their children joining together in a spiritual practice.
I put it out to the Universe, and it has become realized.
Yesterday, with the assistance of my friend & co-teacher Joan I looked out in front of me to see a room of father with child, mothers with children, all joining together in Yoga & Meditation.
Sharing some very precious "Time-In".
This warmed my heart SO!!!
This is one of my dreams and it IS becoming realized!
So, my friends, please do know that any dream that is placed into your heart & awareness CAN become reality.
Dream-On and then you will create the life that you desire & that is for the Highest good of all.
For your dreams are placed there only if you have what it takes to accomplish their realization.

This past Saturday's Reiki Share was AWESOME!!
Our group of women & men joined in meditation, reflection and sharing Reiki.
As millions marched, all over the world, we filled with love & light and sent this out to the ALL.

Hello My Friends,
What an amazing day & LIFE!!!
Shades of gold still adorn some trees and contrast with the blueness of the sky...AWESOME!!!
A few days ago I was blessed to be able to read my book "When Peace Rains" to three Kindergarten classes and teach them a few relaxation techniques.
It was an awesome day, and hopefully these children will be able to remember and use these techniques to help them during difficult times.
Each of us has something of benefit that we can share with all of humanity...I will share PEACE...whenever & wherever I can.
What is your special gift to share???
The fact that you have this gift is indication that it is useful at this point.

"If no-one has called you crazy, or out there, for something that you've done recently then you are living your life too safely."
Yes, my friends, there is a reason it is called a leap of faith.
Leaping into the unknown is scary for most of us, however we can never know just how high we can truly fly unless and until we let our hearts lead and educate our minds and follow the Calling of our Spirit!

Hello my dear friends.
I hope you are well and finding much joy in this moment.
As of this week I am leaving my office at 110 Winn St, Woburn and will be teaching, writing and speaking in promotion of peace and Holistic well-being.
Upon reflection, as I cleared out my office, it has reminded me of the Buddhist Monks who meticulously create sand mandalas only to then destroy them, after many hours of painstaking work.
IMPERMANENCE: Yes, this is to signify the impermanence of life.
Years of creating a business, decorating an office, creating a peaceful healing space & only hours to then "un-create" and re-create a new life.
My current journey is fueled by the "callings" of my heart. I know not where it will take me however i know that it is absolutely the path my heart wishes me to follow.
So, my friends, my wish for you is that you BE STILL & LISTEN and then fill with the courage to follow YOUR heart's path.
It is this that will bring you true PEACE!!!

Good Morning My Friends,
What an absolutely AMAZING day!!!
I wish to express gratitude to the lovely women who joined with me yesterday, in Circle, Meditation, Dance, Reiki and Community!
We have been blessed with two years of monthly gatherings. At this point my path is changing and I am releasing my current office space,
We hope to remain having our get-togethers as we realize the importance of gathering in Community.

Hello There You BEAUTIFUL SOULS!!!
Just wish to share the phenomenal & miraculous healing powers of Reiki!
Last eve, under the new moon, by the flowing river & surrounded by mountains, a dear friend and I shared Reiki with another dear friend.
The lulling sound of the river accompanied the field of love & peace that encompassed us all as Spirit flowed through us to our beautiful recipient.
This morning our dear friend who received Reiki had almost no pain, as compared to her usual 10 + pain level.
Anyone who has experienced pain this severe will attest that even a moment of lessened pain is miraculous & fantastic!
Reiki is AMAZING, and such a blessing to SO MANY!!!
Thank you Spirit, Thank you River, Mountains, Moon, and my dear friends with whom spent time together with me, sharing peace, love & joy!!!
REIKI-ON...PLEASE spread the word of the healing powers of Reiki!!!

If you feel "stuck" along your healing path please try to find something/ some experience that brings you a feeling of peace, love and or joy.
If you raise your vibration to that which brings you plj, the lesser vibrational energies of fear, anger, guilt, fatigue, will fade away.
Remember that that which we do not give energy to will not survive in our vibrational field.
