Finished bathroom number two today and had too much fun with the lighted mirror 

Floor mounted bath tub with brushed gold tub filler finally installed after a long master bathroom remodel  feels good to get this one off the books 👍🏻

Completion of custom rail, hand built in Canada out of iron by a metal artist. We waited five months for delivery finally got it mounted everything came out great.  the tricky part was the fact that it was built in two pieces and had to perfectly align it between the loft cap and the ceiling.  being made out of iron, made it a bit tricky to get it up the ladder.  the fabricator, built it to my exact specs, so it fit perfectly wall-to-wall and cap to ceiling, which was amazing because metal does move and distort when you weld it very happy with the results.

Just going through a few pics and found a good before and after that reminds me of how hard work can be in construction and the dedication we have to the job , each job we do we go into it with a goal of just making the client happy no matter what to takes I think these two pics tell that story , also look and the change in these pics and put them into your life perspective and maybe use it improve your situation in life . stay well all and keep doing your best to make your life the best it can be

I just could not let this go while remodeling a bath for a client she said she had a problem with the drain in her other bathroom so I went to inspect it and this is what I found 😬😬😬 this is just a kind reminder to please hire qualified contractors who take pride in their work I have attached a picture of what it should look like as opposed to what it should not look like

Custom built window stools knotty pine stained and lacquered with six coats of satin finish one piece on the long window was the challenge 👍🏻

a client wanted a set of door pulls made instead of factory made door k***s so I came with these made in my shop , kiln dried fur stained match to the doors 👍🏻

Made it to Sheetrock stage ,ready for tape and texture , keeping the place at 65 degrees with space heaters so mud will dry 👍🏻

Insulation phase complete R19 batts in walls , closed cell spray foam in ceiling . using closed cell spray foam utilizes the fact that we don’t have to vent the ceiling through the soffits also it’s 6 3/4” thick which equals R38 batt insulation very efficient, porch eves are sprayed with a 2 inch layer so moisture will not build up after we close it in

Pour completed, next phase build parking canopy and landscape in swell between wheel strips but that might become a spring project

Time to pour some concrete wheel strips with a plant and rock living swell in the center

Update to the ADU project , frame up , roof, rough plumbing and electrical , driveway site work . All dried in and ready for the rain

Did some erosion control prevention at the job site today you all stay safe out there it’s going to be a wet one the next two days

Fire suppression re-pipe white schedule 40 above ground is a no-no for sun exposure dug down re-piped underground with white schedule 40 then stubbed up with copper Pressure test all good system back to functional 👍🏻😎

Shower make over , existing color coat stucco smooth walls started to crack and the owner just wanted a standard tiled shower so I came up with this includes a unique corner opening door 👍🏻

Enclose open porch project , featuring new Hardieboard V rustic cement lap siding , Millard windows and Larson storms doors great stuff that will last for ever now its just needs a painters touch which will be provided my the owner ..... finish pics to follow
