"Ouch!"
🥊 What a champion! 🥊
Take a look at these heartwarming pictures of Paulie Ayala, two-time former world champion boxer, working with a young boxer before a Golden Gloves tournament bout. It's incredible to see someone of Paulie's caliber dedicating his time to mentor young talents.
But Paulie's impact goes beyond the ring. He's not only teaching boxing skills to the next generation but also running the Punching Out Parkinson’s program at his University of Hard Knocks Gym in Fort Worth. Through non-contact boxing techniques, he's helping Parkinson's patients regain strength, coordination, and balance, all while fostering a sense of community and support.
Paulie's commitment to making the world a better place is truly inspiring. If you want to contribute or learn more about his Punching Out Parkinson’s program or if you are intrested in being trained in boxing, check out Paulie Ayala's University Of Hard Knocks
Thank you, Paulie, for your dedication to helping others "one punch at a time"! 🥊💪

This image of Alexis Mones was captured just minutes before she stepped into the boxing ring. Alexis definitely had her "inner game" of boxing on. You can see the intensity and focus as she prepares for her bout.
Congratulations Alexis for winning the Texas Golden Gloves championship! Looking forward to you bringing the National Golden Gloves Title back to Cowtown for a second time!
