Heart of America Association of Blood Banks
HAABB is dedicated to Transfusion Medicine by fostering the exchange of information & education.
To provide speakers of national prominence to complement local blood bankers and transfusion medicine specialists in providing a diverse and energizing program. Leadership in the organization is comprised mostly of laboratory management and technical personnel from the major metropolitan areas of Missouri and Kansas. Blood center support from ABC and ARC organizations is strong and vendor support is instrumental in providing our educational program.

2024 HAABB meeting is about to begin!!
The 2023-2024 HAABB Board of Directors met in person for the first time tonight at the WellSky building to prep for tomorrow’s meeting. We worked together getting things ready for our attendees, vendors and speakers!! Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!!
