I must give Jams World all the credit in the world for their designs, their prints. I was fortunate enough several years ago to be as far as I know the only person who was permitted to get fabric from Jams World
Some of you may remember Chong & Mijian…. The finest seamstresses, and the finest people! We collaborated to make both ladies and men’s apparel, apparel that Jams World in Honolulu did not make. I will always be thankful to my friend Pua,  president of Jams World for allowing me to use his fabric.
But no! Mikey Mo or my seamstresses, nor anybody altered the prints Jams World did.
The only thing that I did was manufacture clothing, and many times I got ideas from you people who didn’t just come into my store but who would send me really nice letters of my success from that I got ideas as well. So stay tuned, I think one of the reasons I was successful is I was not in the Garmento business, ever! I wasn’t stuck on anyone pattern, and in fact, many of the bolts of fabric that Jams World sent to me, we used for or something totally different. For instance, jeans skirts. Actually nobody could duplicate the Jean skirt that we were making from little kids all the way up to their grandmother. It was really fun thank you for reading my gibberish. It’s been too long for me to be away.


For those of you that keep the weather Channel’s on all day long … And then you tell your family what they are in store for… because you have become Jim Cantore on the weather channel.
Do you people stay up all night listening to one news caster telling you Santa Claus is in Siberia now and the other fellow on the other channel just blew your mind by saying Santa just landed in Nashville?
No of course not…. you and the kids put some cookies and milk in front of the fireplace excited as all get out….everyone goes to bed knowing that when you get up in the morning it’s going to really be exciting.

Well you weather Watchers are kind of goofy.
Go to bed!! Of course the news at 8 AM is going to have the hurricane close, maybe the surge is going to be bigger, who knows? but you have prepared well.
Relax, get a good nights sleep, make-believe Santais on his way. Yes I know it’s not Santa and I know this is difficult but we can do it. Get a good nights sleep, and turn the freaking weather TV off.
