Wow... home values continue to grow although mortgage rates were at their highest point in September and October of this year..... Healthy real estate market and with pressure on the Fed Chair to lower rates in the first quarter of 2024 expect home values to rise even more with rates decreasing in 2024. If you are still waiting for the market crash or for prices to drop this might be the best time to buy before rates drop and market goes even higher. Call me to discuss further as it looks like we are on pace for 7% increase in equity this year based on the reports below.
