Our team is looking to hire a skilled carpenter. Must have transportation to all job sites that range in location from the northern part of Muskegon County, to Oceana County, and Mason County.

Tasks to include (but not limited to):
-Laying out walls, floors & roofs ensuring they are level and square
-Installing windows and doors per manufacturers specifications
-Install cabinets, extension jambs, interior trim, and shelving
-Install fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures
-Exteriors including decking, siding, trim, and roofing

Starting wage$25.00/hour for qualifying applicants.

-Installing windows and doors per manufacturers specifications
-Install cabinets, extension jambs, interior trim, and shelving
-Install fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures
-Exteriors including decking, siding, trim, and roofing

Competitive wages - pay based on experience.

Looking to hire a project manager who has experience in the construction industry. Must be able to follow verbal & written instructions. Must have computer skills. Must visit jobsites regularly.

Tasks to include (but not limited to):

-Overseeing project thru completion
-Assisting clients in making choices for finishes
-Ordering materials for onsite job delivery according to the timeline
-Reviewing subcontractors work
-Tracking expenses for each project to ensure that the original budget is on target
