TWH Class Information:
Registration Deadline: 2 weeks prior to class. If minimum not met, class will be rescheduled or cancelled at teacher's discretion.
What's our refund policy?
Classes are fully refundable, no questions asked, until 2 weeks before the class/event. Store credit if cancelled 1-2 weeks prior to class/event. No refund if less than 1 week.

Tony and I spent the day in Austin, Minnesota for a business seminar. Thank you to the Jaftex Corporation and Creative Retailer Magazine for a fun-filled, fact-filled day! There were so many wonderful presenters and Heidi from Hen and Chicks kept us all on schedule.

If you are a Club Member and ordered the right-handed 6-1/2" Glow Ruler during Blue Basket Specials, it has arrived! Left-handed rulers are still awaiting arrival.

Gift certificates are always appreciated by our sewing, quilting, serging, and embroidery moms!

Visited Angie at the Homeless Shelter to drop off pillows and pillowcases. Donations came from many, including Kathy Duffy, Barbara Vogel, Cheryl Hebel, and the members of the Craft Day Group that meets in the home of Pat Schwochert. Thank you all for your donations!! The shelter is no longer in need of pillows, but pillowcases are still much appreciated and may be dropped off at The Welcome Home. Also, as you can see from the photo, they are in need of an office blind, as I had to hold it down or it would fly back up. All help at the River Haven Shelter - Portage, WI is always greatly appreciated, and the staff is delightful! Easter 2024 Project Challenge
EASTER
KITCHEN TOWEL
• Challenge Project:
o USING A KITCHEN TOWEL, create an Easter Theme (could be anything: craft, embroidery, applique, etc.)
• Anyone who purchases their towel from The Welcome Home will receive an entry gift, but it is not required to enter the challenge.
• Project should be a new project; never entered in a previous contest.
• You may enter one towel only.
• Deadline: March 9, 2024. Customers will vote for their favorite project for approx. two weeks after deadline. You may submit your entry anytime prior to March 9th.
• Winner will receive a $25 gift certificate to The Welcome Home.
• Please only register if you are sincere about submitting a project.
• Have fun and enjoy your sewing journey!
Entrants must be able to deliver and pick-up their entry.

My fave pix of Shirley with quilts we donated to River Haven Shelter way back in the day. She was a special lady with a giving heart. We will miss her joy and enthusiasm for quilting! 😇
