The disproportionate termination of Black Women from Corporate America. What happens to Black women once they have been terminated? Are they just discarded and left to do life alone? What impact is this having on their lives?

HeartBeat welcomed Dr. Karen Johnson (Dr. J) this evening to hear what this past year has brought to her. You will want to have a listen to this. This is beyond powerful - to hear what she - and many other Black women are experiencing in the workplaces - and what their life is like afterwards.

A conversation for ALL WOMEN. When women are contributing to other women's "takedowns" - without a second thought to what mean girl behavior - or an unacceptance of differences in people brings forward - and leadership who want to play it safe - and hiring other Black people to destroy Black people.

This system of "performance management" - herein referred to as the 911 system in business - is a system that must be revamped. We must ALL do better.

Black women in the workplace - and how we treat each other - is the topic of conversation this week on HeartBeat.

With opportunties so scarce for Black women in the workplace, the tearing down of black women by black women is a real issue that needs discussing. What are some of the root causes of this? Why is there an unacceptance of each other and unwillingness to support one another? We discuss this topic along with thoughts about how this trajectory can be changed.

Co Hosts Dr. Karen A. Johnson (Dr. J) Stefani ReneeStefani and Erin Jones

The past couple of months, I have been more quiet than usual. Battling my health, I got set back a bit. I am doing better and feel strongly, the work of HeartBeat is necessary. There isn't a day that goes by, that Black Women aren't under attack. I could argue that both the physical and non-physical attacks are happening to those of us who speak truth and advocate for prosperity for others.

HeartBeat is back on air this week. Same day. New time. Link to my YouTube Channel to watch (and subscribe).

Black women and DEI worked ar clearly under attack. Leaders who tackle this work and/or the injustices that occur, are very publicly harmed. This week, can't wait for you to hear from Erin Jones, along with guests Ashley King and Rachel Kargas, who were recently interviewed by Dr. Phil. Wait til you hear what happened.

We will get further insight into "off camera" attacks, and what occurred by a "star" who got his start from a Black woman.

Co-hosts Stefani Renee Erin Jones Dr. Karen Johnson (Dr. J)

It created a shift inside of me that used to be grounded in swinging back.

My age has allowed me to learn to be more of an observer. And watch God work. I have so many powerful stories to share on this topic. For 2024. More coming.
