Over the last few weeks I have received a very high number of emails from couples who had their Officiant back out at the last minute. Some were due to unforseen circumstances and some were with no explanation. This is not okay! Please be sure you have a Contract with ALL of your wedding vendors. Make sure you are covered if they have to cancel at the last minute. My Contract clearly states that I will be sure any unforseen circumstances do not interfere with your big day. I am more than happy to get these emails and jump in when needed but I also know the amount of stress this puts on your planning. Be sure the vendor has your best interest in mind from day 1.
