We want to welcome Dr. Chavez to our office! He will be starting in July! Here are some fun facts about him that will help our patients and their parent's get to know him better....
Hi, I’m Dr. Daniel Chavez. I am excited to get to know you and your families and be part of the community. I attended college at Weber State University where I received my bachelor degree. From there, I went on to school at the University of Utah School of Dentistry where I focused most of my dental clinical education in pediatrics. I have been living in Utah for more than 10 years now and call it home. I have a beautiful wife and three happy girls. We enjoy outdoor activities and playing sports.
As a parent, I understand how big and important of a decision it is when it comes to your child’s oral health. It is of my utmost importance to help your child develop a positive attitude about going to the dentist. Although at times, this can be challenging, I am very passionate about making sure every child leaves the office with a positive experience and a smile.
I’m very excited about the future opportunities of creating a positive impact on every patient’s lives. My personal mission is to treat every patient that comes into the office, the same exact way I would treat my own family.

Our Story
At our practice, we aim to provide comprehensive dental treatments for all patients, especially those who are younger and may be scared of visiting the dentist, as an unfavorable experience can lead children to be resistant to visiting a dentist in the future. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Bott want to make your child’s experience with the dentist a favorable, which is why we always take our time to address any of our patient’s questions or concerns prior to beginning any treatment or procedure.
