Excited is an understatement!
My amazing co-worker Enrique Ruiz was able to get his cousin to sign Gia’s books.
Gia is over the moon to read local author Manuel Ruiz stories.
Best part?
Enrique said some tales in the book based on true events that happened in Alice, TX.
Everyone knows Gia considers Alice home.
Manuel’s books have sparked Gia’s interest in reading again.
