Tonic True Nature
Tonic events support local art, music, nature, and holistic healing modalities. We serve drinks based with maple, birch and black walnut saps.
Tonic is a pop-up, traveling "happier hour" where the wellness crowd is gathering to connect, network, learn, and unwind consciously. Each event will feature a new collection of local "talent" and artists and feature a themed "playshop" at the start. The Bellbrook Sugar Maple Festival is this weekend. Earth Day weekend, April 19-21 🌍 The committee has worked hard to bring the best of Bellbrook and surrounding areas together as they kick off festival season in Ohio.
We had over 60 people show up to our tree ID/tree taps and many others borrowed supplies to tap their trees at home!
We’ll be boiling together this weekend to make syrup on site at the old sugarshack in downtown Bellbrock in Bellbrock Park.
Join us Saturday 12-5 as we turn tree water into golden maple syrup and enjoy the company of friends and neighbors. Come meet fellow Earth enthusiasts and learn about other activities throughout the year.
There will be music and activities all day long throughout town, including a pancake breakfast, parade, 5k, pie eating contest, dog show and more! Check their website to plan your weekend.

The land stewards of One Earth Collaborative will be joining with some kids nature activities to entertain the little ones as we watch the water boil!

It’s been a beautiful season! We’ve been busy and are looking forward to sharing the fruits of our labor this Sunday at Full Moon at MOSA at our True Nature Sobar. Seasonal drinks with birch and maple sap bases will be featured this season, infused with early spring flowers and herbs.
Just prior to the potluck, there will be a FREE offering on the land at One Earth Collaborative to learn how to grow Lions Mane, Reishi and other types of fungi! Followed by a group breathwork and polar plunge.

Our wellness bar offerings are ROOTED in education and we had a lot of helpers this year! Going through pics it was hard to choose so this is a large share! Thanks to everyone who cares so much and creates with us—since 2017–hundreds to thousands of people have participated in our story and we are humbled and grateful to still be creating with the communities and land and stewards at the One Earth Collaborative Sanctuary that we love so much.
It is one of our main tenants that as we remember that we are part of nature, and remind others, we can create an interconnected community/world of stewards who are dedicated to preserving her. As we work to heal the planet, we heal ourselves. True story.

Ramp season is here. I am starting to see signs for people buying ramps. A simple low impact is just to take a leaf - eaten fresh or dried to use as a seasoning and a great addition to salt. United Plant Savers has lots of information and resources on growing ramps from seed. And we be bringing some seeds to share at gather to grow conference in Virginia this weekend. 🌱
