I emailed three local junk removal companies for a quote and included pics of the junk I wanted removed. One company never got back to me. Another company gave me a general price range but still wanted to come out for a firm quote despite the pics I sent. The third company was Cardinal. Nedalee, the owner, quickly emailed back a firm quote which was very reasonable. Little junk job in Prospect Ky. tonight. Had one over there last night picking up a treadmill.

I think you guys did a great job. If the whole house looks as good as the "after" pics, it will really help to sell the place. The terrible mess was the result of deep depression after the loss of my wife, and the prospect of dealing with it alone was a bit overwhelming. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have done with it. I wouldn't have believed that two people could get so much done so quickly! The second part of a two day job and hour from Louisville.

Full truckload today. Will got to the dump and then get the other half tomorrow. Then they also want us to clean the place before listing for sale.

Full and on the way to the dump. Two more junk removal jobs today. We are cleaning out 4 apartments and the removing a pick up truck load and a half for 1 customer and 3 times for another. Louisville area but we will go as far as 1 hour for a full box truck load.
