Beyond A Dream

Lay down or sit in a relaxed setting with no interruptions.
Place your right hand on your chest.
Place your left hand on your stomach.
Mantra: I am healed. Silence the mind. I am healed. (repeat if your thoughts wonder).

What you’ll feel:

Calmness, waves of energy, color sensation, floating, visualization, if you feel dizzy remember to take a calming breath and repeat your mantra.

Life is 2 sided, your cup is either 1/2 full or 1/2 empty. Choose the better side of life and fill your cup.

Light and dark. Yin and Yang. As so above is below. What comes around goes around. Life is circular. The lessons you go through will repeat. It’s how much you’ve learned from the previous experience that allow you to grow.

Observing others experiences and learning or the hard way of your own experience is empowerment when you choose the lesson and grow from the experience.

You will never change someone’s mind.
You will never make someone what you desire.
You will never see their point of view if you don’t question it and rationalize it.
You will never be able to adjust yourself to make someone else happy if they are never happy.
You will never convince anyone when they are set in their way.
You will never make someone happy if they are not choosing happiness.

You can take back your positivity.
You can take back joy.
You can see the power of your growth.
You can condition your emotions.
You can master love.
You can choose happiness.

This world is running on emotions right now. You have no control of anything unfolding. You think you can change the view for someone else but unless they are ready, it’s not their time.

Hold space.
Hold grace.
Love abundantly.
Choose to understand their energy is not where yours is.
Choose to fight or choose to let it go.

Either way.. learn the lessons of what you allow to heal yourself.

Who’s coming to wellness empowerment?

Everyone feels shifts in energy. Our relationships, our jobs, friends, family, the world. When this is happening do you clarify or hold it in thinking it’s you? Do you seek clear communication or assume? Do you convert energy or absorb? When you feel shifts don’t harbor it, clarify it. You’re allowed for you to ask and correct. If it’s not conducive to correction, know you’ve done what you can and let it go.

Gratitude: that’s what’s on my mind FB. The life of multiple business ownerships keeps you going 24/7. Hardest 4 years of my life keeping everything afloat. Got that feeling of overwhelming gratitude in my heart and my eyeballs were wet today during a 5 hour commute.

Determined. When you quit something it makes it easier to quit the next time. So I continually grind. This is life and I couldn’t be more thankful for my tribe, my family, our clients, and the freedom to do so.

The downtime is never. The time spent with family is priceless. The tribe vibes is what keeps me going besides spirit in my ear saying “is that all you’ve got”?!

Thankful for health, love, GOD and air in my lungs. Thankful for each of you, my team, and the ability to help someone in need.

Business ownership is a blessing. It’s not for the weak. It’s habitual. It’s non stop, it’s worry, grief, reacclimating daily, it’s adjusting to fit life and I am thankful for jam packed schedules. It’s moments of clarity and excitement.

Thank you all for friendship, kinship, routing and blessing me with each one of you.
