Dates and information for the Ursula's Return Championship at the Indiana and Latrobe stores:

SCG Hobby Indiana's event will be held on July 07th at 11:00am

SCG Hobby Latrobe's event will be held on July 21at at 11:00am at the Indiana location

The event's entry fee is $20.00 and both events will be capped at 18 players. As of today, 06/11, players may only sign up for one event or the other. Starting 06/18 if spots remain players may request to sign up to an additional event.

To add your name to the sign-up sheet players must call into the Indiana store at 724-349-1769 and specify which event they would like to sign up to.

One of the previous Indiana store managers recently began hosting a Dungeons and Dragons podcast! He was awesome to work with and was always quick with a joke. I will be checking them out during my commutes between the stores and while we set up the new location! I have attached a QR code that will take you their podcast or you can find them on Spotify.

Hi dilly ho neighbors! Miss having a table to tabletop your tabletopping tops? Sure, I get ya. Well if you hunger for models that disgust and delight at the same time, look only as far as Indiana or Altoona SCG Hobby! Look at that pigboy that’s available for Sigmar! How about some fancy ladies to throw into mix for some fancy killin’? With Latrobe still closed and empty, one can venture forth into the unknown, Indiana, Altoona, the Mariana Trench, Space! Well I can only guarantee 40K Warhammer models at SCG Indiana or Altoona. I’ve only seen tropical boba shops in the Trench & Bed Bath & Beyonds in Space (heavy on the BEYOND). So stop by the SCG’s to revel & repel with models today!

So it’s hump day. Wednesday is also comic book release day typically. Aside from all that delightful bookie goodness, there is also something else wonderful to elucidate to the displaced masses. Sports fans! I’m looking at you. Remember, all of our stores are supplied with amazing singles and team sets by our one and only Indiana. The Mothership. A hop, skip and a 50 minute drive will get you to the Land of Milk & Honey (milk is Najee Harris & honey is Patrick Mahomes). Look at the material; those pix tell it all. Enough cards to make your fingers tired and your wallet light and airy, like a baked meringue. Mmm, dessert. And sports! Get your collections completed now!

Howdy again. Does your need for resin miniatures have you facing sleepless nights? For the life of you, can you not remember the stats of bugbears over owlbears? Do you not have the mental imaginarium to lead a proper campaign through Ravenloft? Yeah, I miss Latrobe too. HOWEVER, did you know Altoona has some of the best laid D&D sections of all our stores? Until you (& I) can get back in the swing of things in old Rolling Rock country, (end of summer, beginning of autumn) visit our other locations and who knows, you might fall in love all over again. It’s like dungeon crawling…but with a store you’ve never been!

Hi there 👋🏽. Remember us? It’s been a few weeks. There was a fire in our plaza. We had to close for a smidge. We’ll be back to rock, don’t fret. Let’s talk about you. How are you? How are you playing these days? Let me know what’s the haps with our wonderful gaming community. I’m out of the loop 😉. Are you having card withdrawal? Are the shakes and sweats just getting worse? I know. I know. BUT I’ve working the other stores and let me tell you, if you can dig a little travel, these other stores have what you NEED! Pix included look at the material. Play space, product and that sweet smell of no fire. Delicious. When you visit Altoona or Indiana or soon (June), North Huntington, you might see some familiar Latrobe faces, and isn’t that what it’s all about? Community. Supporting each other. Unfortunately, the damage to our Latrobe store was a little worse than we first thought, and we will be closed for a couple of months to get everything cleaned and reordered. I apologize for the inconvenience, although we look forward to seeing everyone again soon!
In the meantime, please feel encouraged to visit any of our other stores for your hobby needs. The new North Huntingdon location should be open June 1st and if you stop by you should see some familiar faces.
To any comic subscribers from the Latrobe store please reach out to either the Indiana or Altoona locations and they can help get you set up with a subscription so you don't miss out on any of your books. We should be able to transition you back to the Latrobe store when we reopen.

Howdy Cowpokes and Starlets. Important news about the Thunder Junction Prerelease straight from the Telegraph Office:

Due to the store construction; seating will be ONLY available for the people participating in the Prerelease In-Store. All other open seating for free-play will be NOT available.

There will also be an In-Store maximum of 15 participates, any number above the 15 In-Store event will be allocated an At-Home Prerelease kit, that is limited to another 15 participates.

The $30.00 fee will be the same for both the In-Store event and the At-Home event. Thank you for your understand and patience as we are expanding our store and play area square footage.

Into the Inklands Store Championship for SCG Hobby Latrobe will be held on April 24th at 5pm. We already have a full sign-up of participates. Payment will be taken on the day of the event. Bring your best deck and wear your favorite Disney shirt in celebration of Lorcana's first Championship showdown! See you all there!

Hi all, during our in-store construction in the location, starting April 13th, we will not be hosting any in-store play. This will include but not be limited to; Pokemon, Warhammer, One Piece, D&D, MTG & other table usage. It will extend thru April & we will update via socials as to its finish, so we can get back to normal! Thank you for all the support & remember that we are still open for your hobby needs! Hello Hobbyists! Everyone at the Hobby Family would like to wish all of our friends & found families (even the ones we have yet to meet!) a safe and joyous Easter Sunday.
