On behalf of the USO and Fry’s Marketplace, the M&FRC wanted to pass along an opportunity for complimentary tickets to the Diamondbacks game on Saturday, June 15, 2024. These tickets are open to all active-duty service members and their dependents in the Greater Phoenix Area.

Active-Duty military and their dependents can use the link below to request tickets for their party. Once all allotted tickets have been claimed, please encourage any interested parties to use the second link to join a waitlist. The waitlist will be handled on a first come, first served basis based on cancellations, and all tickets will be digitally distributed via email through Ticketmaster. All tickets must be accepted via Ticketmaster immediately upon receipt, or they will be re-distributed to another party.

This May, the DoD’s Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program is hosting events all month long to support military spouses in their employment and career journey, with the goal of making them career ready. This will include access to educational session as well as a Virtual Hiring Fair featuring Military Spouse Employment Partnership employers. No matter where a military spouse finds themselves on their career journey, or where they are located around the world, this month’s virtual activities make it easy for them to join in on the events.

 May 14-16: Virtual Military Spouse Symposium: the VMSS includes sessions on: Tailoring your job search; Mastering remote work; Acing your interview; Learning negotiation tactics; Growing your network; and more.
