Tomorrow is the last day to declare pass/fail for a course. Make sure to get your form in before then!
We've got plenty of helpful information to share, so follow us and keep on top of everything you need to know!
Need help finding us? Come to the second floor of ASEC for all your advising needs.
We can help with add/drop forms, college board petitions, change of advisor forms, and much much more! Stop by to meet us and our team.
Follow us for academic announcements and important information! Also, make sure to add or drop a class before September 6th when the deadline ends.
College board petitions are a pretty common form, but what are they? They help students petition for actions that aren't within our current policies. Remember, you aren't guaranteed to get approval, but that's why they go to the board to be evaluated and see if they can get approved.
Your advisor helps you choose courses, plan your major, and guide you in the right direction to different resources. Here's how to find out who your advisor is!
Here's just a few of the forms we help you with at Academic Advising. We can also help with add/drop, college board petitions, petition for incomplete, and HECCMA courses. Send forms to our email or drop them off in our office!
Your major doesn't have to be declared until the second semester of your sophomore year. If you need more tips, feel free to stop in the office for a chat. We're always here to help!

Calling all commuter students! Starting tomorrow the Academic Advising Center will be hosting a Commuter Student Lounge and Luncheon in the Persky Conference Room, located on the second floor of the University Center behind the mailroom.
The Lounge will be a relaxing space commuter students can utilize to study, relax, and grab some free snacks. The event will be held May 5, 6, 9, & 10 from 8:00am-8:00pm.
The Luncheon will be held in the same location on May 5th and will begin at 1:00pm. Pizza, beverages, and snacks will be served.
We hope to see you there!
Friday, Feb. 4 is the last day to declare the pass/fail grading option for the spring semester. Please consult with your adviser before doing so, as a “pass” grade does not count toward many program requirements. To select this option, you must submit an add/drop form noting the pass/fail option — by email or in person to ASEC 305 — by the deadline.
Happy Spring semester Clarkies! A reminder that the add/drop period ends on Thursday, January 27, 2022. If you have any questions about the process, be sure to visit the AAC team in ASEC 214, call (508)-793-7468, or email [email protected]!
Clarkies, registration is approaching! Be sure to have your Spring classes picked out, your PIN from your advisor, and an alarm set on your registration date! If you need assistance picking courses, the AAC is here to help you.
You can make an appointment by emailing [email protected], calling (508)-793-7468, or dropping by ASEC 214.
