Serena Rasberry Flowers is the managing member of Avant-Garde. Serena is a graduate of Delta State University, Millsaps College and Mississippi College School of Law. Serena practiced in the private sector before serving as counsel to Governor Haley Barbour. She is a native of Kosciusko, Mississippi.
