Today the children made bumble bees on a stick and then played a game with them called, “bee bee bumble bee”. The kids had a lot of fun with this☺️ Volleyball was a big hit today as well. Tomorrow is Taco Tuesday.

Fun Day.
Today we hosted GCASA for a great message and a fun activity. They spoke about making good choices and good decisions. The children were treated with ice pops, snacks, beverages and of course tacos on Taco Tuesday. Do not forget tomorrow is the Children’s County Wide Park Fun Day from 10am to 2pm.
Here are pictures of children making the “bees” (kitty toys). Kids who have cats brought some home and we made over 100 to donate to PAWS and the BOCES Animal Science department!!!☺️
What a great day for the Summer Park Program. Today was the last day of the two week USTA Tennis Camp. Also today, there was a walking trip to the Cone Zone with over 80 children. The Hoag Library did a Story Hour at 11:00am. Then at noon, all children were treated to a pizza party. The splash pad was packed with children cooling off. Arts and crafts were done throughout the day. Snacks, breakfast treats and beverages were available as well. Next week, on Wednesday, July 17 there will be the Children’s County Wide Park Fun
Day starting at 10am to 2pm. Hope to see you there.
The rain did not stop these children from doing an arts and crafts project today.
Happy birthday to Supervisor Alison Gibson today while at the Park.
Mother Nature was not good to the Summer Park Program the past two days. The trip to Dubby’s Tailgate and to the Cone Zone were cancelled. However, today saw 50 children at the park despite the cool and misty day. Donuts and hot coco were donated by Neo and Stacey Palmer. Thank you so much. Those in attendance did arts and crafts, board games and many braved the mist and played out from under the pavilion. Hopefully tomorrow the children will be able to take a hike to the Cone Zone for ice cream and the pizza will be a delight for lunch.
Due to inclement weather, the Village of Albion Summer Park Program will be postponed and will resume tomorrow morning. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Today was Tye Dye Tuesday and Taco Tuesday with over 100 in attendance. Children are well supervised and activities take place from 10am to 2pm, Monday through Friday. Tomorrow will be a trip to Dubby’s Tailgate for children 9 years old on up. Thursday and Friday is a walking trip to the Cone Zone. All information is at Bullard Park during park hours. It is never too late to register. We ask that you share this page to others.

Once again, thank you so much.
The Independence Day Celebration went extremely well. The one thing lacking was fireworks. Let’s gather together, brainstorm, and find a way to get enough donations for fireworks in 2025. Hopefully someone will step up and chair solicitation of funds for fireworks.
Splash Pad was a fun and a quick cool off today.
