Today I visited Rescue Charlie's Friends in Woolwich Maine. I got to drop off some much needed blankets, while adopting my second fur baby. This is a great organization that rescues abused, neglected, and abandoned dogs from high kill shelters. They have travelled all the way from Texas, and Alabama to get a second chance here in Maine.

Dad and I had a great time on Sunday, gathering winter hats and mittens for the Calais School Department. We purchased some trendy Disney, Spider-Man, Ninja Turtles, and many assorted colors for boys and girls. We had a great conversation about the importance of giving. Women of Service
