Roasted up some fresh dark roast Friday afternoon, more coffee ale in the near future ... loving this latest roasting curve!! Just a little fine tuning & practice... Thank you my dear friend Noreen @ Capitol Press Coffee Co for helping me learn to artisan roast on your 'Alice'. Very uniform roast & smells like chocolatey heaven!!! Super excited to cup it today, time to get this coffee up & rolling again!!!! 🥰🖤☕
